Il y avait une p\u00e9nurie dans les \u00e9piceries pour le tofu [&#8230;], puis en m\u00eame temps, le tofu n\u2019\u00e9tait pas d\u00e9mocratis\u00e9 comme nous <a>on<\/a> l\u2019aimait, donc on a fait une recette qui est \u00e0 nous \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis la cr\u00e9ation de l\u2019entreprise, cette derni\u00e8re a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e9volu\u00e9. Soja d\u2019ici compte aujourd\u2019hui 7 diff\u00e9rentes sortes de tofu et plusieurs produits \u00e0 base de soja (tartinades, p\u00e2t\u00e9s, etc.). L\u2019entreprise poss\u00e8de une boutique situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Racine, en Estrie, o\u00f9 il est possible de retrouver une belle vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de produits frais et accessibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut \u00e9galement souligner que l\u2019id\u00e9e de d\u00e9velopper la culture du soja est \u00e9cologiquement avantageuse, car celle-ci est une culture plus verte que l\u2019\u00e9levage bovin. En effet, \u00e7a ne prend pas \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de soja pour avoir une bonne quantit\u00e9 de tofu. Jason Charland a expliqu\u00e9 qu\u2019il fallait environ 1 kg de soja pour 1,5 \u00e0 2 kg de tofu, ce qui est tout de m\u00eame un bon rapport quantit\u00e9\/prot\u00e9ine. Avec la crise d\u2019\u00e9cologie actuelle, il est important de revoir l\u2019alimentation et de peut-\u00eatre modifier nos choix gastronomiques, afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 la cause et l\u2019industrie locale du soja semble \u00eatre une belle alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis les derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la compagnie semble avoir du succ\u00e8s, \u00ab De partir de z\u00e9ro, de partir de rien et monter une entreprise avec pas beaucoup de connaissances l\u00e0-dedans, c\u2019est un gros projet \u00bb, affirme Jason Charland.
